Ingredients

- 120g (4 oz) ketchup
- 2 tablespoons dark brown soft sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 dash hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation method
Prep:10 mins |Cook:10 mins1. | In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together the ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, garlic, mustard powder and salt. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before brushing on your favourite barbecued meats. |
